Cancellation: We accept order cancellations before the manufacturing process begins. To initiate a cancellation, reach out to us via service@lovercustom.com with your order number and the rationale. There might be an associated processing fee:

1.Unshipped: A 30% fee if canceled within 8 hours, 50% within 12 hours.

2.Cancellations are not possible once 24 hours have passed or if the order is already shipped.

Return & Refund Policy: Our products are tailored and conclusive. Returns are permissible within 15 days in the event of an error. Clearly outline specifications during the ordering process. Refunds apply to lost orders, overlooked cancellations, and flawed items.

Refund Method: Refunds align with the original payment method. Refunding to a different bank card or account is not supported. In case of delayed refunds, cross-verify with your bank and then contact us.

Shipping Policy: Upon order approval, a confirmation email is dispatched. Processing spans 2-4 business days, extending for personalized items. Shipping durations: US Domestic (5-8 days), International (5-12 days). Total delivery time encompasses processing and shipping. Refusal of delivery results in a 50% refund.

Tax Advisory: Import duties, taxes, and additional charges are not encompassed. The responsibility lies with the buyer. Check with your country's customs office for precise costs.
