• USPS Priority Mail: 7 - 13 days
• USPS Priority Mail Express: within 12 days

International: Calculated at the Checkout step. Shipping time does not include handling time.

Delivery Zones: Lovercustom serves the domestic market (United States) and international markets like Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, etc.

International Buyers - Customs Information: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary and are the buyer's responsibility. Check with your country's customs office for additional costs.

Restricted Delivery Zones: CU (Cuba), IR (Iran), KP (North Korea), SL (Sierra Leone), Palestinian Territories, South Sudan, Myanmar, Crimea Ukraine, and areas with adverse politics and/or pandemic status.

Delivery Partner: Lovercustom uses USPS Service for deliveries.

Estimation Time of Arrival: All items are made-to-order, embroidered for the best quality. Orders are processed on business days, except for holidays observed by the Post Office.

Order Tracking: Receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan the package. Contact us if there are issues.
